How to Cancel Your Subscription:
Most subscriptions are managed directly by the customer through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please note that we do not have control over these billing platforms and you must manage or cancel these through your device's subscription settings.
If you are on an older subscription plan, or need further assistance, you can use the following methods:
Discord: Visit the live chat channel on our server and inform us of your intent to cancel. Our team can investigate your account status here.
Website: Cancellations for certain older plans can be processed via the Your Account section on our website.
Support: If you encounter any difficulties, please message our Instagram page or email support@crepchiefnotify.com, where an operator will be happy to help.
Deleting Your Account:
To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please email support@crepchiefnotify.com.
Important: Deleting your account will not automatically cancel subscriptions hosted via the App Store or Google Play Store. These must be cancelled manually through the respective store settings to prevent further charges.
